Cancellation policy
Our policy for cancelling, rescheduling, or missing an appointment.
At Align Wellness Thornhill, we understand that plans may change. We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another patient and respect the schedules of our practitioners.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty with sufficient notice. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), may result in the loss of your deposit and/or a cancellation fee of $50 or equal to the scheduled service fee.
Patients who repeatedly cancel late or miss appointments may be required to provide a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment:
- Online bookings: a 10% deposit of the service fee may be required.
- Phone or walk-in bookings: a $10 deposit may be required.
